Who I am
Hi, I’m Adam. I started my fitness journey 10+ years ago after studying personal training in UCD. I became a personal trainer and worked in one of Dublin’s most prestigious gyms where I trained anyone from beginners to athletes both in person & online.
After years of the gym life, my exercise routine began to feel stale and I realised I was chasing the wrong goals: muscles over strength and being ‘fit’ over being healthy. I slowly began to dip my toes into the movement world during the pandemic in 2020 when there was so much change in how people work and live. I started with some online studies with Marcello Palazzo and, in 2020, I made the leap to move to Vienna where I studied under Marcello for 2.5 years.
I moved back to Dublin in the summer of 2023 and launched what is now called Movement Practice Dublin. My online movement coaching gives people the opportunity to build a sustainable movement practice that suits their lifestyle, their goals and their location. I’m based in Dublin, coaching people across Ireland and the globe.
I’m a movement student for life, always learning and always growing. My aim is to show people that there are different ways of moving, that it can be fun and that you can, in fact, move anywhere - anytime.
